Aaron Schulz became a pastor in 2016. He spent much of his childhood in the unincorporated community of Kohlsville (near West Bend and Kewaskum, Wisconsin) and his family worshiped at Zion in Allenton. He attended grade school at St. Lucas in Kewaskum and high school at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson. After attending Martin Luther College, he married his Camp Phillip sweetheart, Alissa Barkholtz, who is from Hortonville. He attended Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and interned in Farmington, New Mexico and Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Aaron was assigned in 2016 as an associate pastor to St. Paul's in Menomonie, WI, where he served 5 1/2 years before accepting the call to come to Immanuel. Aaron and Alissa have two sons and a daughter who attend Immanuel Lutheran School. They enjoy being in the outdoors together, reading, and growing in their faith both at Immanuel and in their home.
